Boschman Advanced Packaging Technology has opened a new equipment production facility in Singapore. This new facility will allow us to expand our production capabilities in order to support our future growth ambitions.

The new facilities, with modern office spaces, larger production, warehouse and expedition areas will allow us to simultaneous build up to 8 Sinterstar and/or Unistar machines at the same time. Located at a Semiconductor focused area within Singapore we expect that this new production facility will enable and extend the growing demand and requirements of our valued customers.
